Welcome ..... to Babcook Performance Horses Kerri along with her husband Gary and daughter Taylor have set out with the goal to produce top barrel racing and team penning horses. Their end goal is to train well bred prospects that other people can ride and win on. Kerri also trains along side her father Rick and mother Frances Meston who have been training barrel horses for over 30 years. |
Kerri qualified for her first LRA Finals at the age of 9. Since then, she has qualified for numerous LRA and WRA finals on multiple horses. Kerri is the WRA 2009 Champion along with Season Leader for 3 consecutive years and 2 years in a row horse of the year Jinx whom she bought and trained herself. Kerri’s main focus now is training futurity and derby horses that can transition into top rodeo horses.
